Automatic Reconciliation

Rich change information and grouping of changes for very high correlation accuracy

The Automatic Reconciliation module correlates system changes with change approval and/or ticketing systems. It helps confirm that approved changes have been deployed and identify unapproved/unticketed changes (e.g. emergency changes) with very high accuracy. It automatically groups related changes and provides a mechanism to easily document emergency/ undocumented changes that were detected on the system for cost-effective compliance. The reconciliation process appends actual change records to existing tickets and maps undocumented changes to tickets that are automatically generated by Solidcore S3 Control.

Change reconciliation is easily initiated through a web-based GUI that also displays the results of the reconciliation. The results are also available as reports in PDF form that can be easily accessed and distributed.

This module integrates with popular ticketing systems such as BMC Remedy® and provides a very high level of accuracy in reconciliation.
