Getting Control of Change

Abstract

Leading companies like WebEx are continuously seeking to improve availability and stability of their mission-critical business process systems by ensuring that change policies are followed. Conventional change management solutions attempt to solve this problem by routing all changes through a central point and ensuring that there is a proper approval process. However, they do not connect the approval process with the deployment mechanism, which means that changes that are deployed may or may not have been through the approval process. Furthermore change outside of the established process cannot be effectively tracked and technically enforced.

Solidcore has helped companies like WebEx get complete control of systems running business-critical processes by enabling visibility into actual change and then enforcing change processes and procedures. Solidcore works with existing processes and change management systems to ensure that change processes can be controlled and documented in real-time.

By attending this webinar you will learn how to:

  • Gain visibility into your organizations actual change behavior.
  • Discover who makes changes, how and why they are made.
  • Transform visibility into enforcement of existing processes.
  • Enable a closed loop change control environment.

Learn how Solidcore can help your organization get control of change.
