Solidcore Delivers Record First Quarter

Solidcore Whitelisting and File Integrity Monitoring Preferred for Endpoint System Protection and PCI DSS Compliance

CUPERTINO, Calif., May 8, 2009 — Solidcore® Systems, Inc., the leader in protecting critical IT infrastructure from devices to the data center, today announced it has closed its largest quarter ever on the heels of doubling year-over-year revenue growth in 2008. Solidcore is on-track to double its revenue again in 2009, and has recently closed the company’s largest single-sale transaction to-date totaling nearly $5 million. Solidcore’s strong results in today’s challenging economic climate reinforce the strong demand for more preventive IT security and control that goes beyond “checking the box” to meet compliance requirements.

Solidcore’s single solution for endpoint security, which provides options for file integrity monitoring, whitelisting and runtime control, is a growing favorite among IT and security professionals that want protection beyond the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). During the first quarter of 2009, Solidcore added 40 new customers and sold licenses for more than 5,000 servers. Solidcore also reached a milestone in the quarter of being deployed to protect more than 200,000 endpoints, in more than 40 countries, at more than 100 financial institutions, and across more than 15,000 retail stores.

“Achieving strong results in these challenging economic conditions speaks to the immense value customers realize with Solidcore’s products,” said Anne Bonaparte, CEO and president of Solidcore. “It’s no longer about conjuring up a bunch of different products to ‘check the box’ for security and compliance. Customers need sustainable, best-in-class technology for securing their physical and virtual infrastructures. Our success is rooted in understanding these needs and providing customers with a single solution that leverages the industry’s most-effective whitelisting, file integrity monitoring and runtime control technologies.”
