Anne Bonaparte , President & CEO
Anne Bonaparte is president and CEO of Solidcore. Before joining Solidcore, she was president and CEO of Tablus, where she established the company as a leader in the data loss prevention market, increased customer adoption to record levels, and ultimately led the company's acquisition by EMC. Prior to Tablus, Bonaparte was president and CEO of MailFrontier, where she established the company as a globally recognized brand, dramatically accelerated organizational growth, and spearheaded the company's acquisition by SonicWALL. Bonaparte has led global multi-channel teams at VeriSign, Autodesk and Hewlett-Packard, and has guided management consulting projects at Bain & Company. She was also the founder of Buzzsaw, the leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of design collaboration and project management applications for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. Anne holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University.

Rosen
Sharma, CTO
Rosen Sharma is founder and chief technology officer for Solidcore Systems. Under his direction, Solidcore has become one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley with customers that include GM, Ford, Motorola, NEC, Restoration Hardware, and Sharp Corporation. Rosen is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded VxTreme (acquired by Microsoft), Ensim, Teros (acquired by Citrix), Green Border (acquired by Google), and Teneros. He currently serves on the board of directors for Solidcore, Teneros, Mentor Partners, and Atlantis Computing. Rosen also started Mentor-Partners, a firm to help startup companies in India. The Mentor-Partner portfolio includes companies such as: BubbleMotion, uGenie, iLantus, and Atlantis Computing. Rosen is a gold medalist from IIT Delhi and he holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University. Shirish
S. Sathaye, Matrix Partners
Shirish Sathaye joined Matrix Partners as
a General Partner in our Silicon Valley
office in May 2001. Before Matrix, he was
first the VP of Engineering, and then the
Chief Technology Officer at Alteon WebSystems,
where he led the engineering organization
almost from its inception through a highly
successful IPO and subsequent acquisition
by Nortel Networks.
Prior to Alteon, Shirish
was product group director at FORE Systems,
where he led the development of all of FORE's
award-winning ATM switch products. Before
FORE, Shirish spent eight years at Digital
Equipment Corporation, where he worked on
Internet routing protocols, Ethernet, FDDI,
and ATM network technologies. Shirish has
a Ph.D from Carnegie Mellon University.
He has published several papers, and has
numerous patents issued on high-speed network
design and performance analysis.
Shirish currently serves
on the board of Aruba Networks, SiNett Corporation
and Solidcore Systems.

Sonja
Hoel , Menlo Ventures
Sonja joined Menlo Ventures in 1994. Prior
to Menlo Ventures, she was in business development
for Symantec Corporation and was an investment
analyst for TA Associates. Sonja focuses
primarily on software, communications and
Internet investments. Her recent investments
and board seats include: Acme Packet, Intransa,
MailFrontier, nCircle Network Security,
Q1 Labs, Solidcore and VirtualSynaptics.
Her prior investments and board seats include:
AssureNet Pathways, acquired by Symantec
(SYMC); Eloquent (ELOQ); F5 Networks (FFIV);
Priority Call, acquired by LHS Group; Recourse
Technologies, acquired by Symantec (SYMC);
and Vermeer Technologies, acquired by Microsoft
(MFST). Sonja is a graduate of the University
of Virginia (B.S. in Commerce) and the Harvard
University Graduate School of Business Administration
(M.B.A.). She currently serves as a director
on the Foundation Board of the McIntire
School of Commerce at the University of
Virginia. She is also a director on the
board of the Western Association of Venture
Capitalists (WAVC).

Nick
Sturiale, Sevin Rosen Funds
Prior to joining SRF in 1999, Nick spent
more than a dozen years in a variety of
operational roles - technical product marketing,
product management, business development
and sales - for three venture-backed startups
across industries such as enterprise software,
flat panel display and semiconductors with
companies including Candescent Technologies
and Quorum Software.
Prior to joining SRF full-time,
he was founding CEO of a Sevin Rosen Funds
portfolio company, Timbre Technologies,
a metrology software company he incubated
at Sevin Rosen, which was acquired in 2001
by Tokyo Electron Limited for $138 million,
generating a 1000% IRR for SRF limited partners.
Nick's current investment
focus is in enterprise and data center software
and systems and wireless infrastructure
projects. Nick led the investment in such
companies as Airgo Networks and Green Border.
He also serves on the board of SRF portfolio
companies, Adeosoft, NeoScale, RouteScience,
and Westbridge.
In the community, Nick is
a board member and fundraiser for the East
Bay Outreach Project, a group that fosters
entrepreneurial interest among at-risk middle
and high school students in the Oakland,
Richmond and Berkeley-area. Nick holds an
MBA with numerous awards from the Haas School
of Business, University of California, Berkeley
where he is a frequent speaker and guest
lecturer.

Kevin
Mosher, SVP of WW Field Operations, ArcSight
Corp.
Kevin Mosher has been in Enterprise Software
for over 20 years. Kevin is currently the
SVP of WW Operations at Arcsight, a leading
provider of Enterprise Security Management
software.
Prior to Arcsight, Kevin
held an Executive in Residence position
at Accel Partners. Kevin moved to Silicon
Valley to take a position with Portal Software.
During his six years at Portal Software,
Inc., he grew the sales organization from
a single employee to a worldwide force of
600 in North America, Europe, Asia, and
Latin America. During his tenure as senior
vice president of worldwide sales, Portal's
revenue grew from $3 million to $300 million
annually. Mosher was a member of the executive
team that executed Portal's initial public
offering (IPO), one of the most successful
in enterprise software history.
Prior to joining Portal,
Mosher spent ten years in executive and
sales management positions at a number of
technology leaders, including Oracle and
Interleaf (acquired by Broadvision), where
he regularly exceeded revenue projections.
His enterprise software technology career
began in 1982 at Applied Data Research.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of
Connecticut with a degree in Economics.
